Venue OSEA, Unit 5, 64 Arena Avenue, West Invercargill

Event Description

Workplace bullying is a concern for all organisations. It is not a new concept, nor, unfortunately, does it seem to be going away. There is however, a growing awareness of the effects bullying behaviour can have on individuals and organisations.

Designed for

Employers and managers operating at all levels, particularly line managers and supervisors “at ground level”. It is especially relevant for those in senior leadership roles because behaviours change quicker and for the long-term if the ‘buy-in’ is from the top down.
