Event Description

All employers are able to make use of the “grievance free” trial period however, there are some limitations on its use and some very clear procedural guidelines to be followed to ensure that such a clause can be relied on when a relationship does not work out.

Come and learn about your options for new employees and the requirements to implement these options.
