Employers may want to formally warn employees for any number of reasons.
For an employer to be able to rely on a warning, employment law requires following a certain process, especially if you may want to dismiss the employee later if their behaviour does not improve.
Come along and get a feel for good management practice and some of the obligations the law may impose on you when you want to issue an employee with a formal warning.
