For our first BA5 for 2019, Emily and Allana of HKM shared their passion for health and wellbeing.
Members were offered a free HKM Body Scan on the Evolt 360 body composition scanner which uses a scientifically validated test known as Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). The Scan gave us more than 40 internal measurements such as our lean body mass, body fat mass & percentage, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat level, fitness age, fitness score and much more…
