Chamber of Commerce hosted Francois Barton, Executive Director of Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum, for its first Connected Seminar Series event on Wednesday 27 April. He gave an insightful discussion on health and safety from the management/top level perspective, and emphasised the challenges on business implementing a cultural change in the workplace. Participants found the round table discussion in the second half of the talk brought to light the dynamics at play in Southland businesses, especially for small to medium size companies.
