LEARNING OBJECTIVE

This interactive session will provide you with the techniques to help you develop your individual thinking and emotional resilience, help control your unconscious reactions, become more understanding of pressures and how best to respond to them and to develop your own coping skills. Learn self-awareness to develop your own skill after identifying the warning signs or triggers.

  • The role resilience plays in health and life outcomes - links with the mind and body
  • How you can build your own resilience and those of others - some simple starting pointers
  • Understanding some key concepts - trigger points, warning signs, hassles and uplifts
  • Navigating a swamp when we find ourselves in one
  • Self-awareness, self-discovery and plan development to build your own resilience

Eligibility

Small and medium size businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Approved businesses will receive a voucher for up to 50% of the course investment fee.
